Meet Ali Elhorr

Founder

Ali Elhorr focuses his law practice on matters exclusively related to immigration law. Prior to founding Aspire Immigration Law, PLLC, he successfully represented immigrants applying for a variety of benefits such as Naturalization and Citizenship, Waivers of Inadmissibility, Affirmative Asylum, U-Visa cases for victims of crime, Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas, Deferred Action. He also has years of experience filing a high volume of Employment-Based petitions. This includes H-1Bs, PERMs, National Interest Waivers (NIWs), employment based adjustments of status and more. Mr. Elhorr also represents clients in removal proceedings before the Dallas Immigration Court.

Mr. Elhorr was raised in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area by his Lebanese immigrant parents. Mr. Elhorr’s upbringing in a diverse community led to his passion for assisting families in the challenges they face when immigrating to the United States.
